History

I stumbled across bookbinding in 1989, just after I left school. I started an apprenticeship with a well established bookbinder and Fellow of Designer Bookbinders, Paul C Delrue. After many years of training and picking up the nuances of the craft I started my own business in 2001. Since then I have won various awards for my work and have become a Licentiate of Designer Bookbinders in recognition of my achievements. I am currently working towards Fellowship, the highest accolade in the world of bookbinding.
